Refund Eligibility:
Digital Services:
– Due to the nature of our digital services, refunds are generally not provided after the service has been initiated or delivered. However, we offer a 7-day return policy for our services.
7-Day Return Policy:
– Clients have the option to request a refund within 7 days of initiating the project. After 7 days, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Exceptions:
– Refunds will not be issued if the project has reached a significant milestone or if the client has approved and accepted a substantial portion of the work.

– To request a refund within the 7-day period, please contact us at connect@axiabits.com with your order details and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Deposit Refund:
– If a refund is approved within the 7-day period, only the upfront deposit will be refunded. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Change of Mind Policy:
- If a project is initiated within 7 days but the client changes their mind, refunds will not be issued. This policy is in place to compensate for the time and resources allocated to project initiation.
